Overview

The Behavioural Psychotherapy and Research Unit is a fee-for-service clinic and provides cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) interventions for a range of problems. Therapists are all registered psychologists and services are provided in both English and French.

Medicare does not cover these services. Fees are payable by the client and may be covered by private medical insurance.

Cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) is provided for the following:

  • Adaptation to sleep apnea treatment

  • Light (photo) therapy
