This educational booklet is designed for patients who will undergo radiotherapy as part of their cancer treatment. It outlines the steps that the patient will experience during his/her radiotherapy and presents the team of medical professionals that are involved. It also addresses key patient concerns such as the delay between consultation and the start of treatment and possible side effects. A resources section at the end of the booklet provides a checklist for the patient as well as a map of the hospital and space to write questions.
