General Information
- Consultation and treatment of psychiatric disorders during pregnancy and first 6 months post-partum.
- Pre-natal consultation for women with a prior major mental illness to assist in risk assessment and management.
- The service is primarily limited to women who are followed by an OB/GYN or family physician associated with the JGH. Women who present to the ER of the JGH (and are in our psychiatric catchment area) may also be referred.
