Copyright and Permission Fee
The following rates apply to materials copyrighted by the JGH Hospital or in the Public Domain. For the latter, the rates serve as permission fees for using the digital version created by the JGH Archives. For materials that are copyrighted by a third party, it is the requester’s responsibility to obtain permission of the copyright owner and pay additional fees that may be required.

Preliminary Research Fee
We provide preliminary research and material selection for free if it requires no more than 30 minutes. We will notify you in advance if more time is needed and a charge of $25.00/hour will be applied for further work. Please allow 10 business days for each request.
Payment
Payment in advance is required for all orders placed using our 
Reproduction Request Form. Payment may be in the form of cheque payable to "Jewish General Hospital Health Sciences Library”, or cash for local pickup. For overseas customers, we accept payment in US dollars converted based on the USD-CAD rate the same day of the purchase. An email confirmation will be sent to you after the submission of your order. Please wait for this confirmation before sending us payment.
