Wellness Centre

Imagine...

…a place where you can exercise safely in a fully equipped studio supervised by a fitness trainer and volunteers …
…a place where you can freely express your emotions and concerns in a self-help group or learn coping skills with a facilitator who has been there…
…a place where you can focus on relaxing your mind, body and spirit through the healing power of yoga, qi gong, mindfulness meditation…
…a place where you can unleash your creativity through art, expressive writing and other therapies…

There’s something for everyone at the Hope & Cope Wellness Centre, from creative therapies to coping skills training and support groups, from exercise, yoga and qi gong to cooking lessons and nutrition demonstrations.

Located in a fully refurbished and renovated duplex, the Wellness Centre is a calm and beautiful oasis with a focus on healing, finding a “new normal” and making the transition from cancer patient to    cancer survivor.
